Manitowoc County and the Wisconsin lakeshore
We are based in Manitowoc and we work here. That is not a marketing line — it changes the service. We know what a 1920s block foundation on the north side does in a wet spring, we know which neighbourhoods sit low, and we know that a crawl space three miles from the lake behaves differently in July than one out toward Chilton.
Standard response for a free inspection is 24 to 48 hours across the county. Emergency water damage calls get same-day response.

- Manitowoc, WIOur home city. Older housing stock, block and stone foundations, and basements that have been fighting Lake Michigan humidity for a century.
- Two Rivers, WITen minutes up the shore. Similar building age, similar basement problems — plus a lot of crawl spaces under rear additions.
- Mishicot, WIRural properties, private wells and sump systems that do a lot of work in spring.
- Kiel, WIMixed residential and light industrial. We do a good deal of commercial work here.
- Valders, WIFarmhouses and additions where attic ventilation is the recurring theme.
- Reedsville, WISmall-town residential, often with older mechanicals and dirt-floor crawl spaces.
- St. Nazianz, WIRural Manitowoc County. We cover it on the same schedule as the city.

Call anyway. We regularly travel into Brown, Calumet and Sheboygan counties for larger jobs, and we would rather tell you honestly whether we are the right people than have you guess. If we are too far away to serve you well, we will say so.
